About Guerlande

Nurturing a child's curiosity and watching them reach new milestones is my greatest passion. With three years of experience supporting families, I provide reliable, calm, and creative care for up to two children. My background includes Early Child Development coursework, which helps me tailor activities to each child's unique stage of growth. I love organizing outdoor sports to burn off energy and settling down for board games to build problem-solving skills. I am very comfortable enforcing your established household rules to ensure consistency. I maintain open communication through your preferred method, whether that is a quick text update or a detailed chat at pickup. I hold current CPR Training and First Aid certifications to ensure a safe environment at all times. I am truly honored to be a positive influence in your child's life and look forward to growing with your family.
