About Guadalupe

Hi! I am Lupe, and I am a compassionate and experienced caregiver with a strong background in working with children of all abilities. I have extensive experience supporting children with severe disabilities, including those with Down syndrome and autism. In addition to my caregiving experience, I have worked as an English as a Second Language teacher, which has strengthened my communication skills and ability to connect with children from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs. I am passionate about understanding children who may be harder to communicate with. I take pride in finding creative, patient, and effective ways to connect with each child, helping them express their needs while feeling safe, supported, and valued. I bring patience, empathy, and a genuine love for helping children grow and thrive in a nurturing environment.
