Honestly so disappointed.. met with Guadalupe and she seemed like a great fit. We offered her the position which she accepted and agreed she’d start the following Monday. I contacted her on 2 separate occasions to verify address details and confirm she’d be there at the agreed upon time. Sadly there was no response which left us scrambling for child care the night before I returned to work from maternity leave :(
