Hello my name is Guadalupe, and I have good experience on cleaning houses, I used to help my mother with cleaning houses during the summer when I was a little girl I learned from the best who kept cleaning for 55 year's some houses she still had them it was me and her cleaning tell she got really sick I moved to lake forest, I have my own car, I speak fluent English and Spanish, I have 30 year's of experienced, I have my letters of recommendations from my previous cleaning and offices jobs, I love to do a my job the right way and I love To clean the little details my cleaning service's is the best I get a lot compliments about my cleaning jobs I make sure that my customers are really with there service's and I take my job very serious, I'm available to start ride away I have 28 best review's and with the best Stars in care I really I'm a cat and dog Lover I could do part-time full time thank you and God bless

Interviewed, did a walk through, hired them. Offered $50 more a week then they originally bid the job for and on their first day, they were a no show, no call, no text. Once I contacted Lupe she apologized saying they were in traffic running late, however after reading other reviews it appears this team is known for being late and is over booked and not able to service their paying clients properly.

My experience fell very short of 5 stars. We discussed details of a deep clean, what that looked to me. During cleaning, had areas redone that didn't meet the standard of walk through. Upon completion, the sliding glass door wasn't cleaned. When I pointed it out, Lupe said she was running behind & had 4 other houses to go to. Not the response I was looking for. Lupe said she would take care of it next time as she hurried out. Today I discovered my vanity mirror was broken during their cleaning. I let Lupe know and was met with attitude. I didn't ask for anything to be replaced but whoever was in there needs to be more careful. I sent video of the mirror. She also stated she never heard anything fall, but I did. I told her when I move the mirror I can hear the bulb rattling. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of professionalism. The fact that she was late, then rushing to finish, go to other jobs doesn't fall on me. Don't be fooled by the reviews. She is not as good or professional.

Her attention to detail is amazing. She loves dogs and I have one that sheds a lot. She vacuumed all the furniture and throw pillows. Furniture and rugs were moved and cleaned under. She paid attention to return things to their place.

I got a great feeling the first time I met Lupe and she didn't disappoint.  Her team came in to do a deep clean and they were awesome!  They were thorough and professional.  Can't wait to start our regular cleaning schedule!  Thanks Lupe...I feel so comfortable with you and the ladies.

I am so happy we found Lupe here! From the beginning she was super professional; when I emailed her and inquired about prices, she offered to come to my house and give me a free estimate. After meeting her, I could immediately tell that she was serious about her work and that she would do a great job. Today she cleaned my house for the first time and she did an amazing job! My house needed a deep clean, and the outcome was amazing! She cleaned every little part of my house, paying attention to small details and making sure nothing was left out. Afterwards she asked me to walk through the house with her and inspect her work, to make sure that I was happy with the job. I was really impressed; not only is my house super clean, but it was evident that Lupe cares about her job and is truly a professional. I am looking forward to her next visit, and know that we will be working with Lupe for a long time in the future! 

Lupe and her crew are prompt, responsive, friendly and most importantly did an AMAZING job!!!!! I am so happy to have found her and look forward to her coming back!!

Today is the second cleaning done by Guadelupe - First meeting Guadelupe she is very friendly and professional. She was clear on her terms and the work that would be done.  Today I came home to a clean and fresh smelling home.  I am so impressed with the work that was done.  I would highly recommend her services.

Guadalupe recently cleaned my house. She gave me a fair price and she worked hard to clean my home. She was friendly, professional, and she went above and beyond what was expected. I would definitely hire Guadalupe again and I recommend you do too! :)

Lupe is a very hard worker, punctual and thorough. We were only able to have her for a short period of time, but she performed beautifully.

Guadalupe was a wonderful find!!  She did an amazing job cleaning our apartment.  We have had a house cleaning service for several years and Guadalupe cleaned our home better than the services ever did.  She cleaned places, dusted items, moved furniture that the services never did.  My husband came home from work and noticed things she did without my even having to say anything.  She was also very friendly, extremely conscientious about her work, and just did a fabulous job.  I am, definitely, planning on her returning to clean our home.  I totally trusted her.  I also loved her cheerful personality.  Guadalupe Rocks!!  Thank you Guadalupe!

I recently had Guadalupe clean my house. She was very nice and wanted to know how I wanted the house cleaned prior to starting and asked me to review areas she cleaned. My house was spotless when she was done. I would definitely recommend her.
