Lupe started caring for our son when he was four months old. He immediately took to her, and it was clear that he loved spending time with her and felt comfortable and secure in her care. She was great about talking to him throughout the day and using songs to keep him entertained or help calm him when he was upset. Even now, he still does the hand motions to one of the songs she taught him. She was also great about keeping him active and engaged. Whether it was walks around the neighborhood or trips to the park, she made sure he got outside regularly, often more than once a day. She was very flexible when our schedule changed, which we appreciated. Most importantly, we always felt confident that our son was being cared for by someone who genuinely enjoyed being with him and cared about his well-being. We would gladly have her care for our family again in the future.
