Did not show up to interview. Gave no heads up. Not zero star, because at least she responded to text. We were waiting for her to come, there was no sign of her, and I texted asking if she was on her way. She responded saying she couldn't come that day, and if we still wanted, she could meet 3days later. She had also called me at 5am that morning and left no message. Not sure if it was a pocket dial or what, but good thing I had my phone on silent. She may be great to work with! but if it was a work day, the suddenly not showing up as scheduled would be too hard. Communication, and giving heads up is important. I wish her the best in the future.
