About Griselda

I have 10 years of experience not only as a sitter & caregiver but also as an instructor & tutor. I first began sitting in high school about the same time I began working as a lifeguard. By junior year of high school, I obtained my certification as a swim instructor for children ages 3 - 14 on top of being a lifeguard. I continued to teach swimming lessons through my 1st year of university. And obtained my CNA certification at a technical school during my 1st year at university. I graduated from CSU with a degree in Conservation & Wildlife Biology. During university, I also tutored various subjects. Biology, mathematics & Spanish. As part of my membership in The Wildlife Society during college, I also organized and led "nature hikes" for pre-k - middle-schoolers where I taught basic ecology and skills to become plants and animals. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I was hired by a few families "learning pods" to teach Spanish & lead nature walks. CPR & First Aid trained. Fully vaccinated.
