Gricelda has been an outstanding Caregiver for my 97 yo Father, she is prompt, reliable and not only does the required duties well, she also goes the extra mile to see that Dad is well taken care of. I live out of town and Gricelda keeps me posted regularly and communicates clearly with the other Caregivers working at the house as well as any of Dad's doctors or others he may need to talk to.
