Gretel came through in a pinch when we had another babysitter cancel on us last minute. She responded quickly and confirmed details with me so I could be assured she would be there last minute. She watched our 2 year old son while we were on vacation so it was in the hotel room. She arrived right to our hotel door and was even early. She made sure to keep me updated throughout the night and made me feel very comfortable by even sending some pictures of how he was doing. Can't say enough good things and wish she lived where we do so we could book her again!
