Gretchen was a Godsend to my Aunt Hazel and Uncle Sonny. She provided personal home care and took care of all their daily needs such as dressing and bathing. Gretchen prepared their meals and made sure they ate regularly and took their medications. Not only did she take care of their house, she also took care of their beloved dog. Gretchen made sure my Aunt and Uncle had a good quality of life and had interesting activities to keep them busy such as artwork and crafts. After my uncle passed, Gretchen helped my Aunt with her grief and made sure my Aunt was happy and had fun things to occupy her time...such as taking Aunt Hazel to lunch or shopping. On birthdays, Gretchen would have a little party for my Aunt with cake and presents she would be sure to send me pictures and call me so I could wish my Aunt a happy birthday. Gretchen is absolutely amazing and my only complaint is that she is not on the East coast to take care of my elderly mom!
