About Gretchen

I'm an early childhood educator with over 25 years of experience and a master's degree in Early Childhood Education. I've spent my career working with young children and families, and I truly love supporting little ones as they grow, learn, and figure out the world. I'm also a mom to two grown daughters and a first-time grandma, which has given me an even deeper appreciation for how important these early years are. I'm loving, calm, and deeply attuned to children's needs, and I believe kids do best when they feel safe, understood, and encouraged. Play and connection are at the heart of how I help children build confidence and life skills. Families often describe me as nurturing, steady, and intuitive. I bring both professional expertise and a warm, loving presence into the homes I work with.
