About Gretchen

Nurturing and stewarding little ones has always been a true passion of mine! It is an honor to positively impact children's lives and support families by providing reliable, safe, fun and loving care. My approach is to make children feel safe, seen, and respected by having a demeanor and creating an atmosphere that is patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I enjoy reading to little ones, creative activities, crafts, and Montessori-style learning. Outdoor play is always a plus! I am very comfortable caring for one child or multiple children. I am a mother of two little ones (ages four and 2 years old), I have babysat and been a nanny in the past, and I have taught Pre-K aged children at my church. Seeing each child as a unique individual deserving of personalized care for how they are wired is something I strive for.
