About Greta

Hello! My name is Greta, and I have a passion for working with kids! I have been working in childcare for 6+ years. I was a nanny in High School for kids ages 3-13 years old. During college I worked as a Preschool Teacher working with 5-year-olds. I moved to Chicago after graduating college and was hired as a Lead Teacher in the 2-3-year-old room at L&L Academy. Having my own classroom and developing lesson plans taught me so much about nurturing kids through learning and creativity! I graduated from the University of Iowa in 2025 with a BA in Psychology and a BFA in Photography. I have found that my love of working with kids has led me to aspire to work as a child therapist! I will attend graduate school to get my Master's in Social Work. In my free time I play tennis, do yoga, play the violin, go on bike rides, and make jewelry! I love being active and creative with kids. I'm looking to be a full time nanny this summer and I'm open to all ages!
