NPI CCSD License Special Needs Care Provider I am a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) with over 11 Years Relevant Direct Service Experience with Mental Health. I also had a 25yr career as a Comedy Magician, suffice to say I have fun. I was employed by a great company here in Las Vegas for the past seven years doing Horse Assisted Therapy (HAT) with children and adults with special needs. This was a dream job. Sadly Covid closed this facility. My wife of 28 years and I live together happily and have been practicing social distancing and mask wearing. (I am fully vaccinated.)
