Dear Family! I'm Grazi, and I have been a nanny and mother's helper for 19 years. I am fluent in Portuguese and English, and speak intermediate Spanish. After earning my double degrees in Sociology and Gender studies at the UC, Irvine, I moved to MA to pursue my PhD. During these almost 20 years, I built extensive experience working with children from 6months to 14yo, with several years working with children with dyslexia, ADHA, and on the autism spectrum. I also have experience with twins/triplets. I truly love working with kids, and I approach each child as an individual who I get to help them grow. I am a dedicated, self-driven person, organized, and I believe communication with children's parents is key to have a great work relationship. I'm available on weekdays, and I have the flexibility to work weekend days with advanced notice. I'd love to meet you and get to know your children.

Grazi cared for my 2 boys from when the younger was a baby through when the older one was a preschooler. She is amazing with babies, as well as toddlers and preschoolers! Beyond being fun and engaging, she is incredibly responsible and cautious and just knows an incredible amount about childcare! She is someone who I felt super confident in having care for my children when I wasn't there. She also has so many good ideas and helped get my boys into good routines that benefited us when she wasn't there as well. She is someone who just has great energy and a true passion and gift for caring for children!
