About Grayson

Hi! My name is Grayson. I have several years of experience working with children in both educational and childcare settings. I have worked as a paraprofessional and substitute teacher, where I supported students in the classroom, helped reinforce lessons, and provided individualized assistance to help them better understand material. In addition, I have worked as a tutor for my local middle school, helping students build confidence in their academic skills and develop effective study habits. I focus on creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and working through challenges. I also have extensive experience in childcare, which has helped me develop strong patience, communication skills, and the ability to adapt to each child's learning style and personality. My goal as a tutor is to make learning engaging, build confidence, and help students reach their full potential.
