About Grae

Hi I'm Lore! (they/them) I've been a sitter and provided childcare in a variety of settings over the years, and I've worked as a children's librarian for the past few. I'm looking for a regular babysitting job. I'm patient, I'm reliable, responsive and communicative with parents and their children. My favorite thing to do with the kids is read out loud or together. I tend to avoid screen time and I'd rather play outside or do something more engaging and fun! I would say that most important to me is that young people feel respected by their sitter and safe in their care. I tend to stick to their current routine and do the activities they're comfortable with and enthusiastic about doing. I'm happy to prepare snacks and have meal times together.
