About Gracie

Hello! My name is Gracie! I am passionate about providing dependable, nurturing childcare. I believe every child deserves a safe and supportive environment to thrive and grow. With one year of paid experience, I have developed a deep understanding of how to tailor my approach to each child's unique needs. I am comfortable caring for up to three children between the ages of two and 10. I am comfortable with enforcing household rules and follow the parents' lead. When it comes to communication, I believe in keeping parents informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I am flexible and adapt to the parents' preferred communication method. I am a current freshman at UWGB majoring in elementary education. I enjoy planning activities and games based on the interests of the children.
