Graciela is very accommodating to special requests when needed.  She updates me on everything and is very dependable.  I used to work nights and she would take special care to clean my sleep area first to allow me rest while she took care of the another pets of the house.  I have used Graciela for about ten years now.  

Graciela does a quick, rushed job and does not pay attention to detail. She talks a good game and will make your home "appear" to be clean. She insists upon NOT cleaning ceiling fans and had some issue with cleaning my televisions..."I NEVER CLEAN PLASMA".  I asked her repeatedly to clean items that I felt should be part of the service.  She had her reasons for not doing so and we just agreed to disagree.  If not for her rushed and hurried approach and her resistance to clean my home as I desired, I would have given her 3 stars. I used her 4 times. The subsequent times were primarily out of pure desperation.
