I have known Graciela for over 25 years. I have supervised her as the RN for an assisted living facility and she has cared for my grandmother. Graciela has excellent communication skills with staff, residence and family. She has what I would call, “therapeutic touch”. She knows how to and when to assist a client, and when to let the client do more for themself. She is observant with changes in the behavior of clients, changes in their appetite/changes with swallowing and changes in communication.
