About Gracie

As a childcare provider with almost 6 years of experience (and babysitting since the age of nine), I've discovered that my passion lies in nurturing young minds and making a positive impact in their lives. I've had the pleasure of caring for many children between the ages of 6 weeks and 12, and I'm comfortable enforcing household rules. I believe in open communication with parents and regularly provide updates on their child's day, either through verbal communication at pickup or via text or phone calls, whichever they prefer. I'm also comfortable with pets and willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. My approach to childcare is patient, calm, and creative. I love playing outdoor sports and physical games, as well as board games and puzzles. I also enjoy educational games that promote learning and development. I have taken coursework in Early Child Development and have had lots of classroom experience.
