About Gracie

I have several years of childcare experience working with children of various ages in both daycare and private nanny settings. My experience includes serving as a Daycare Director and Staff Childcare Director, where I was responsible for overseeing daily operations, creating safe and engaging environments, managing schedules, communicating with parents, and supporting staff. I am currently working as a nanny, providing individualized care, planning age-appropriate activities, assisting with daily routines, and fostering children's emotional, social, and developmental growth. I am CPR and First Aid certified and am passionate about creating positive, nurturing environments where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to learn and thrive.
