About Gracey

Nurturing a child's growth and making a positive impact on their life is my greatest passion. With 10 years of experience caring for children ages newborn through 12, I bring a friendly and approachable energy to every household. I am also a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with extensive experience supporting children, teens, and adults with disabilities. I absolutely love working with children on the autism spectrum and creating positive, supportive environments where they can thrive. I am CPR and First Aid certified and comfortable caring for up to four children at once. I can assist with meal prep, light housekeeping, carpooling, crafts, and swimming supervision. I value open communication, follow household routines closely, and enjoy engaging children through games, puzzles, and creative activities. I also prioritize positive reinforcement and individualized support strategies to meet each child's unique needs. I look forward to becoming a trusted support for your family.
