About Grace

Making a difference in people's lives is what drives me. As a Certified Nurse Assistant with six years of experience, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I provide respite care, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I also run errands and provide support for dementia. I am patient, calm, compassionate, empathetic, professional, and detail-oriented. When caring for individuals with memory care needs, I incorporate memory care activities and de-escalate stressful situations. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports and verbal updates. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I find fulfillment in helping others, and I look forward to bringing my dedication to your family.
