About Grace

When tutoring, my goal is always to tutor a child in a way that makes them enjoy learning. I love to be creative and come up with helpful and fun games according to the child's personality and interests. I work well with a checklist and goals! I started to do tutoring when I was 15 years old. I tutored for a child in kindergarten. I helped him with all subjects, but mostly with alphabetical/numeric recognition and sight words. I just recently worked with a child in 3rd grade with simple mathematics, spelling, reading, and money counting. I thoroughly enjoyed working families and helping their kids catch up and/or stay up to date with what they were learning in school! :)
