About Grace

I'd describe my personality as attentive, caring, and eager to learn. I like working with kids because they are so authentically themselves and always surprising you. I'm looking for a job that incorporates child care, education, and play. I started working with kids when I was 17, and continued to do so as I got an education. After graduating from college, I began working at a daycare in Buda as one of the older infant teachers. I started grad school at St. Edward's in January and want to become a clinical mental health counselor who specializes in play therapy! In my spare time, I like to do arts and crafts, work towards my goals, and spend time with friends. One thing you should know about me is I work as an assistant teacher at a Montessori preschool in Kyle in the mornings! I will not have school December 22 to January 2. My skills include help with daily living activities, homework assistance, and conflict resolution.
