Grace contacted me regarding a recurring job that I posted. We agreed on messenger to talk via telephone that day at 4 pm. I called her at the agreed upon time and she did not answer. Later that evening, she messaged me to ask for another phone call. I agreed. We discussed the position and she said that she was interested. She agreed to come to my home the next day at 9 AM to meet my child. That night, she texted me at 11 pm to ask again what time she should show up. I again reminded her, 9 AM. The next morning she did not show or respond to my texts. She then texted me at 10:30 AM to ask if I still wanted her to come over. The answer, of course, was no. She does not seem to be serious about working or dependable.
