About Grace

Hi there! My name is Grace, I'm 20 years old and I have a strong background in childcare, including experience with siblings, ministry work, nannying, and most recently serving as a Lead Teacher and Afternoon Administrator at an early learning center for two years. I am passionate about supporting children's growth, guiding them through challenges, and nurturing their unique personalities. I am trained in developmental milestones and experienced in lesson planning across fine motor, gross motor, STEM, and early learning standards. I am CPR certified, trained in the Heimlich maneuver, and knowledgeable in SIDS prevention as well as Missouri state health and safety regulations. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, sewing, and spending time with my Corgi, Bumble Bee. I am also newly engaged. I am committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
