About Grace

In my family, I have always been the go-to dog sitter because of my outward love of animals. I have loved animals for longer than I can remember. I am getting a degree as a Veterinary-technician and hope to work in a vet clinic after I graduate this year. It has always been my dream to work with and help animals for the rest of my life. Also, before becoming a full-time student, I was working at a doggy daycare as one of the coaches in the room. In each room there were up to 30 dogs of different breeds, sizes, and energy levels. Every day I monitored the room and would redirect dog's attention to prevent fights and reactive behavior. I gained important skills of reading body language and knowing when to step in if the play became too rough.
