My background includes some college coursework. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I provide respite care, run errands, handle shopping, assist with personal care, do light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I adapt to changing routines, handle confusion, and incorporate memory care activities. I am patient, compassionate, friendly, and I understand the importance of someone's preferences and history. I communicate with families through written reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. I have a car and I'm comfortable with pets. I'm eager to bring my skills and caring nature to your family, ensuring your loved one feels supported and cherished. I have also been a caregiver all my life since I was a teenager when I cared for my brother who had muscular dystrophy.
