About Grace

I love fostering children's imaginations. Children need the space to discover who they are as people within healthy boundaries. Therefore, I believe in giving children the space to explore in an environment with guided structure. My goal with all children is to teach them respect, accountability, effective communication skills, gratitude, resourcefulness, to lend a hand when they see a need that needs to be met, and how to be on the look out for ways to support and help one another when they go out into the world. Personally, I grew up with seven siblings. Growing up in a very full household taught me the true value of compromise, communication, open mindedness, and conflict resolution. I try to pass those values onto the children in my care. On top of that I have experience working in many different family dynamics and structures. I'm up for pretty much anything!
