About Grace

Hi everyone! My name is Grace. I am a compassionate and experienced childcare provider with three years in the field. I've discovered that my true passion lies in supporting families and providing a reliable childcare option that gives parents peace of mind. My patient and calm demeanor creates a nurturing environment for children to thrive. I believe in open communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's day and promptly addressing any issues that may arise. While I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules, I also incorporate a variety of games and activities that promote physical, intellectual, and social development, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I am currently earning my Master's degree in social work at Salem State. I am a former lifeguard and I currently work with children on the Autism spectrum.
