We hired Grace for a week and a half when our normal care provider was on sudden leave. Luckily, Grace was available to help immediately. We have three children under 5, and Grace was able to, within a day, establish a positive rapport with them. Because there was a time crunch, I spent the first day home alongside grace bringing her up to speed and transitioning the children. The remainder of the time she was able to handle all three kids solo, transporting them to necessary appointments and play time at the local park. She was very sweet with them, and it was very nice having her be part of our family for that time.
