About Grace

Hi! My name is Grace. I love kids, especially babies and toddlers! I'm the oldest of 10 children, with a 17-year age gap between me and my youngest sibling, so I had plenty of opportunities to help care for my younger siblings. My most recent babysitting job was caring weekly for a 2-year-old and a 6-month-old. I bottle-fed the baby, changed diapers, and rocked him to sleep. For the 2-year-old, I provided snacks, changed diapers, and helped entertain her. I also served in my church nursery with children from infancy to 3 years old. I bottle-fed babies, changed diapers, rocked babies to sleep, and soothed fussy children. I enjoyed playing and doing activities with the little ones, and helped children who were being potty trained use the bathroom. Children are very important to me. I take their safety seriously and maintain open communication with parents. Oh, and my husband and I have a gray cat who begs for pets and chases the elusive red dot. :)
