Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With four years of experience as a Certified teacher, I specialize in creating personalized learning plans, including Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Student accommodation plans (504). I believe every student possesses unique strengths, and I help them cultivate critical thinking skills by adapting my methods--using visual aids, hands-on activities, and targeted discussions--to suit their individual needs. When concepts become challenging, I break them into manageable steps and celebrate every small success to build momentum. I prioritize open communication with families to ensure consistent support both during our sessions and at home.
