About Grace

I have been working with children since 2015 and am passionate about creating a safe, fun, loving, and comfortable learning environment where they can thrive. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Bloomsburg University and currently work as a kindergarten teacher with Newport News Public Schools. Over the years, I've been a lead infant teacher, full-time nanny, Head Start/Pre-K teacher, and summer camp counselor. I also have experience supporting children with autism and other special needs. My goal is always to meet each child's needs while helping them grow socially, emotionally, and academically. In addition to child care, I offer pet care and household assistance, including light cleaning and errands. I have reliable transportation and a strong work ethic. I am also CPR and First Aid certified. I look forward to supporting your family in whatever way I can!
