About Grace

I was raised by my grandmother and aunts up until I was about 7 years old so I am very comfortable and love being around Seniors. I have also worked with Seniors in recovery and also Seniors with mental health diagnosis and really valued learning their stories and building relationships. I have experience with helping them to organize their rooms, clean, even bedbug management, I have also cooked meals for community gatherings, and have led a book club with Seniors. Intergenerational connection is important to me because I believe that there's so much we can learn from our elders, and vice versa, and that what we need more of today is mutuality and relationship building across generations.
