About Grace

Hello! My name is Jackson! (My preferred name!) I am a non- binary caregiver! I mostly use he/him pronouns, but am okay with any! I am a patient, creative and fun caregiver! I strive to make a positive impact in children's lives by providing a safe and engaging environment. I'm comfortable enforcing rules and will always follow the parent's lead when it comes to structure and communication. Some activities I like to integrate into my care are music, art, and sensory exploration! I have a total of three and a half years of experience. I worked at a daycare for three years, with mainly ages 2-5! Over the summer I have worked with multiple families ranging from ages 1 to 11. I am comfortable with any age, but with long-term placements I prefer ages 0-3! Please note: I have some physical limitations and health conditions that shouldn't impact my work!
