Making a positive impact on the lives of others is what drives me. With seven years of experience supporting adults and seniors, I've learned the value of patience and empathy in care. I'm passionate about helping people maintain their independence and well-being. I understand the importance of clear communication and provide families with written daily reports, while always respecting their preferred method of contact. Building a connection with your loved one means understanding their preferences and personal history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I have a high school degree, CNA and current BLS certifications. Knowing I can bring peace of mind to families while enriching the lives of their loved ones makes this work incredibly rewarding, and I hope to bring that same comfort to your family.
