I have extensive experience caring for Alzheimer's, Dementia and other memory impaired individuals, in all stages of their disease/condition including the final stages of progression. Additionally, I'm experienced in dealing with individuals in hospice care, as well as home care.

I have worked with patients in their homes as well as facilities. I assist my patient with activities of daily living such as toileting, showering and getting dressed and other duties as needed. I also do medication reminders to ensure adherence to the dosage regimen. My goal is to make sure that the patient is comfortable, happy and safe.

In addition, I prioritize my work and I am able to complete all tasks in a timely manner and devote time to helping with other household duties such as light housekeeping laundry
and dishes.

I also have a history of building healthy relationships with the entire care team from the family members to the medical staff involved in the patient's care.
