About Grace M

I have approximately four years of experience working in nursing homes, including experience as a Dietary Aide, Activity Aide, and Activities Director. I have worked closely with elderly residents, including individuals in memory care, and have developed a strong understanding of their needs and the importance of companionship and meaningful interaction. Most of my experience has been through planning and providing activities, spending time with residents, and getting to know them on a personal level. I would love the opportunity to use my experience to provide companionship and help with everyday needs such as light housekeeping, preparing meals, and simply being there to make someone's day a little easier.
