About Grace

My mother is in the childcare field which lead me start babysitting back when I was a young teenager. I am currently in college so I may need some leniency from time to time! I'd describe my personality as responsible, motivated, and positive! I like working with kids because it is very refreshing for me to be around such innocent and pure souls. I'm looking for a job that has good communication and gives clear expectations! I started working with kids when I was 14 years old and have had multiple consistent families throughout the years! I am mainly looking for a summer time opportunity right now due to me not knowing my school schedule next semester! One thing you should know about me is that I am very consistent! I rarely call off unless of emergencies, I do not like to be late, and I like to keep my schedule very organized! My top 3 childhood care skills are my patience, understanding of childhood development, and creating safe and open environments!
