Hi! I'm Grace. I have 4 years of experience working with children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities, and supporting neurodivergent individuals is something I care deeply about! I'm passionate about creating environments where the people I care for feel safe, supported, and understood. I'm definitely a bit of a child at heart, and I love being silly and imaginative. I'm known for being patient, clever, and empathetic. My experience working with children has taught me how to adapt to each child's unique personality and learning style. Whether it's finding creative ways to introduce learning opportunities or simply creating an environment that feels safe and fun, I always strive to meet kids where they are and build genuine connections with them! Families often describe me as a calm and dependable presence, and I value building trusting relationships with both children and parents.
