About Grace

Hi! My name is Grace, and I have over 8 years of experience caring for children through babysitting, structured nannying positions, and working as a camp counselor for three summers. I've worked with children from newborns through middle school, which has helped me become flexible, attentive, and confident in meeting each child's unique needs. I earned my undergraduate degree in Human Development, where I gained a strong understanding of child growth, behavior, and development. I am currently pursuing my graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, with the goal of becoming a speech-language pathologist. This background allows me to be especially thoughtful about communication, routines, and supporting children's social and emotional development. I pride myself on being friendly, approachable, and highly communicative with both children and parents. I value creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where kids feel supported and parents feel confident in their care.
