About Grace

Hi families! My name is Grace, and I recently graduated summa cum laude from SHU with degrees in Elementary Education, Special Education, and Science. I'm currently finishing my second year as an elementary school teacher and have years of experience through nannying, babysitting, substitute teaching, after-school programs, and preschool co-ops. I have the most experience with elementary-aged children but have cared for children as young as 6 months old. I love creating fun, engaging activities involving crafts, baking, reading, outdoor play, and educational games. I also have experience supporting children with special needs, including long-term care for a child with Down syndrome. Families describe me as warm, dependable, patient, and calm. I truly value building strong relationships with both children and parents while creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment where kids can grow and thrive.
