Struggling in school and with dyslexia growing up, I know what it feels like to want to learn, but also struggling to learn. Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching philosophy. I focus on cultivating critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure your long-term success. By actively listening and observing how you interact with new material, I tailor my methods to fit your unique learning style. I frequently break down complex concepts into manageable steps to build momentum and connect challenging topics to your personal interests. I have experience tutoring children through volunteer programs with Fatima, family centers and Catholic charities!
