About Grace

Hi! My name is Grace, and I'm a compassionate, patient, and reliable caregiver with experience working in adult day care and in-home support. Over the past year, I've helped clients with daily activities such as walking, eating, and maintaining their overall well-being, including supporting physical therapy routines to keep them active and independent. I truly value building meaningful connections, so I regularly check in to make sure each person feels comfortable, heard, and cared for. I've also organized engaging activities like painting and group events to bring joy and social connection into their day. In addition, I assist with coordinating and ordering essential items to meet individual needs. I am currently completing my prerequisites to become a Registered Nurse, which reflects my dedication to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
