Gracelinda was fantastic. Very professional. She has a lot of experience and has a surprisingly amazing memory. Her experience showed immediately and it was evident that her knowledge was vast. My mom has a lot of equipment that is needed to get her around and taken care of, like a sit-to-stand, purewhick, and I didn't gave to explain any of it. She was punctual which I desperately needed. I had to have night care so that I could sleep so being on a tight schedule was a must. And Linda met that demand. It was incredibly difficult for me to leave the person I treasured the most in this world in the hands of a stranger. But Linda's experience showed immediately and I instantly felt at ease which was hugely important to me. This is the most difficult decision I've ever had to make and having Linda make it so easy was a true blessing. Thank you Linda for all you did for us. We will never forget it.
