We were so lucky to find Grace! She saved the day when we were in a pinch when our regular nanny needed to take some time off urgently for three weeks. She jumped right in and my son immediately connected with her. She made sure they were always doing things and she took the initiative on new activities (making play dough, and bringing new books to read to him). She was helpful in the kitchen when I needed some food prep or dishes unloaded, etc.and she was always on time.
