Grace cared for my father for nearly 10 months while he was in hospice, overseeing every aspect of his in-home care. Her responsibilities included managing over 15 medications, coordinating multiple weekly nurse and hospice visits, preparing meals, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with outings, and supporting daily routines such as bathing and dressing. She was exceptionally organized and attentive. Grace handled the complexities of my father’s medication regimen with diligence, ensuring timely refills and proper administration—no small task with so many prescriptions. She was equally meticulous about providing nutritious meals and maintaining a high standard of care. My father could be difficult at times, yet Grace managed his personality with patience and professionalism. Caregiving is physically and emotionally demanding, especially in hospice settings, and Grace approached every challenge with compassion, commitment, and care. Her presence brought comfort and stability to a very difficult time.
